RELACIÓN ENTRE DOLOR LUMBAR Y MUSCULATURA ESTABILIZADORA. PARTE II

Retomamos la segunda parte del artículo para enseñar diferentes ejercicios que van a fortalecer toda la musculatura responsable de la estabilidad y salud de su columna. 

 
Está comprobado que los pacientes que realizan ejercicios de control motor tienen una mejora en el reclutamiento del abdomen de un 7,8%, mientras que los participantes que tratan el dolor lumbar con masajes de la zona no mejoraron dicho reclutamiento. Estos datos junto con un descenso en el dolor lumbar que padecían nos indican que el entrenamiento es la mejor fórmula para erradicar este tipo de dolencias.
